We are urgently hiring Head of Travel Sales to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead ,Coach and manage travel sales team to achieve and exceed target
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive B2C travel channels
Set KPIs and performance metrics to team to ensure consistent sales targets achievements
Monitor Sales performance , forecast and budget
Work closely with marketing team and other cross functional teams
Train, manage B2C travel sales team to ensure targets and productivity
Manage goal setting for travel sales team
Requirements:
Bachelors / Masters degree in Tourism, Business Administration or Related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Travel Sales with Minimum 3+ years in similar capacity
Proven track record of of achieving sales targets and team sales targets
Proficient in CRM Systems and Analytics tools
Proven Track record of managing over 20+ Travel sales consultant team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
