Develope and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with overall Business
objectives and growth plans.
Identify training needs across all levels of the organization - Techs and support staff.
Liaise with various organizations (International and Domestic) for various training and
internship programs
Design and develop training programs and materials to address identified training
requirements.
Oversee the use of learning management systems to evaluate learning
Help employees create long-term career plans
Conduct follow-up studies to measure the results of training programs
Ensuring that there is regular progress tracking of each employee.
Communicate and onboard the participants for the various training programs
Preparing weekly reports for management on the status of the training programs
and their weekly progress.
Working with management to improve the quality of the training and assessment providing
at all levels across the company.
Provide ongoing refresher training and coaching to employees to support their professional
development.

Pay: ?125,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
