Nous vendons principalement nos livres sur Amazon.Nous avons publixc3xa9 prxc3xa8s de 400 livres dans cinq langues diffxc3xa9rentes.The RoleAs Head of the French market, your role will be to select our future bestsellers and to support our authors in the publication of their text. In total autonomy, you will receive the texts when they are returned from correction and you will ensure the editorial process: pointing out inconsistencies, proposing areas for improvement. You will also be in charge of proposing images for the cover to the authors, then placing orders with our graphic designers.

• Sort through the manuscripts received and select our next bestsellers
• Find and retain the best authors in each genre.
• Annotate manuscripts and accompany authors in the editorial process
• Assign cover orders to graphic designers
• Manage communication and promotion for each launch.
• Manage the relationship with authors.

En tant que Responsable du marchxc3xa9 Franxc3xa7ais, ton rxc3xb4le sera de sxc3xa9lectionner nos futurs best-sellers et daccompagner nos auteurs dans lxc3xa9dition de leur texte. En totale autonomie, tu rxc3xa9ceptionneras les textes xc3xa0 leur retour de correction et tu assureras le processus xc3xa9ditorial : signalement des incohxc3xa9rences, propositions de pistes damxc3xa9lioration. Tu seras aussi en charge de proposer des images pour la couverture aux auteurs, puis de passer les commandes auprxc3xa8s de nos graphistes.

• Trier les manuscrits rexc3xa7us et sxc3xa9lectionner nos prochains best-sellers
• Trouver et fidxc3xa9liser les meilleurs auteurs de chaque genre.
• Annoter les manuscrits et accompagner les auteurs dans le processus xc3xa9ditorial
• Passer les commandes de couverture aux graphistes
• Gxc3xa9rer la communication et la promotion pour chaque lancement.
• Gxc3xa9rer la relation avec les auteurs.

• 3-5 years of experience in the publishing world
• Creative person, passionate about the world of publishing with a strong attraction for digital
• Independent, autonomous, proactive, able to discipline himself in the event of teleworking or the absence of a supervisor in the office
• Devouring curiosity
• Foolproof responsiveness: being web specialists, we publish a lot and are used to working with tight deadlines!
