Job Description

:

Responsible for overall leadership, management, and operation of the lab,

Ensuring compliance, quality, and efficient performance.

Leading the team, managing resources, developing policies, ensuring regulatory adherence, and collaborating with other departments.

Oversees staff training, performance reviews, and equipment maintenance.

Overseeing the process of obtaining and maintaining necessary laboratory accreditation and certifications.

Overseeing the acquisition, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Ensuring that all laboratory documentation and records are accurate, complete, and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Identifying opportunities for improvement in laboratory processes and procedures, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualification : B.sc in Chemistry (minimum)

Nature of Experience: Overall looking the Petroleum division.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
