Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Leadership
Translate BizDateUp's vision into a clear and actionable technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing engineering team; foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and excellence.
Define organizational processes, governance, and structure to scale technology efficiently.
Communicate technology strategy across departments, leadership, partners, and investors.
Balance delivery speed with scalability, resilience, and technical debt management.
Product & Execution
Oversee design, development, and deployment of technology platforms supporting internal teams, partners, and AIF operations.
Drive adoption of modern best practices: CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, and secure, scalable systems.
Collaborate with product and business teams to ensure technical delivery aligns with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and audit-readiness requirements.
Explore and evaluate emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
Hands-on Contribution
Provide technical guidance on system architecture, frameworks, and code quality.
Contribute to coding and conduct proof-of-concepts for new integrations and products.
Lead implementation of distributed systems, APIs, and automation frameworks.
Troubleshoot complex issues, ensure uptime, and deliver resilient backend systems.
Technical Skills
Programming:
Proficiency in Node.js, Python, Java, or Go; experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
Cloud & Infrastructure:
Expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure; containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); serverless architectures.
Databases:
Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
APIs & Integrations:
Proven track record in building and scaling API-first platforms.
DevOps & CI/CD:
Hands-on with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Terraform, Ansible.
Testing & QA:
Knowledge of unit, integration, regression, and performance testing frameworks.
Security & Compliance:
Familiarity with secure coding practices, data protection laws, and audit-ready architectures.
Architecture:
Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven design.
Ideal Qualifications
10-14 years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Proven record of scaling engineering teams and building API-intensive systems in high-growth environments.
Strong background in distributed systems, architecture design, and product development.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
