The Head of Technical Architecture and Integrations has overall accountability for the SAP technical architecture as well as all customer B2B integrations across Nokia. The role will own the technical strategy, roadmap, and evolution of the entire SAP landscape, partnering with the Enterprise Architecture Core Platforms Team.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the SAP technical activities of BASIS, Security, etc. across Nokia.
  • Delivers, maintains, and monitors the customer B2B landscape.
  • Accountable for production support, performance monitoring and optimization of the SAP ERP landscape, partnering with the Service Management and Functional Teams.
  • Manage a team of SAP ABAP, Fiori, and BTP experts in a COE (Center of Excellence) model to support the development needs of the Functional Areas.
  • Responsible for all facets of TCO and continued optimization of those costs (service costs, project costs, people cost) for the full SAP and B2B landscape, partnering with the Functional Teams for the SAP applications in their domain.
  • Responsible for ERP Release Management and data refresh within the ERP landscape.
  • Works closely with the ngERP Program, which will consolidate the ERP landscape across the organization.
  • Use internal and external networks to build effective teams and comprehend trends that Nokia needs to be aware of influencing technical architecture and B2B integrations.
Qualifications:
You have:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from an accredited college/university
  • 10-15 years of experience in Technical Architecture in IT delivering large cross-functional programs and owning a large portfolio of applications
  • Proven background in SAP BASIS, Security, ABAP, BTP, etc.
  • Managed budget of up to 75m EUR per annum
  • Managed overall team sizes of up to 80 internal and external resources across geographies
  • Extensive experience in IT, with direct experience leading ERP organizations
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining global SAP solutions (minimum 20,000 users, across multiple geographies, Leading internal, 3rd party and external partners.
  • Experience building effective teams and holding them accountable for results
  • Ability to network within the IT and business environment
Nice to have
  • MBA Degree
  • Good knowledge of Order to Cash business processes and the support of those processing in a SAP technical landscape
  • Worked in the Telecommunications sector
