Ramboll aspires to apply a holistic sustainability perspective to all our projects. We aim to increase the positive impact of our designs and deliveries and include the four strategic elements of sustainability - climate change, biodiversity, circularity, and decarbonization in our projects and services to clients. A strategy has been developed, and a Task Force is established.

The India \'Head of Sustainability\' is a strategic role that helps tie together sustainability, design excellence, automation & digitalization. As the subject matter expert, you will assist the Country Managing Director to enable Ramboll to be at the forefront of sustainability on how we work and deliver. You will be offered a high degree of empowerment guided by our sustainability strategy and will be responsible for maintaining a roadmap leading to our 2025 goals and thereafter.

Key priorities for the Head of Sustainability:

As the Head of Sustainability, you will drive the sustainability strategy and agenda across Ramboll India by bringing dedication, commitment, speed, and results into various initiatives, including upstream, midstream, and downstream development, as well as coordinate with larger network in the Group.

You will have an active collaboration with the entire leadership team across markets and businesses of Ramboll in India. You will also be a part of the Ramboll Group Sustainability Network, where all Ramboll global markets and geographies are represented. As a network member, you will promote collaboration on cross market sustainability initiatives for the benefit of Ramboll as a whole.

As Head of Sustainability, you will be the \xe2\x80\x9cgo-to person\xe2\x80\x9d in terms of sustainability. This includes but is not limited to:

• Drive sustainability in our \'Partner for Sustainable Change\' global strategy
• Lead the Sustainability Capability Centre and Task Force and use it as a vehicle to drive strategic initiatives such as:

• Develop upstream visibility
• Identify and scale new sustainability services
• Define the curriculum needed for training of staff
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across countries and markets
• Setup framework, track, and report on our strategic sustainability goals
• Review sustainability initiative across various Ramboll projects and identify and propagate best practices on sustainability in designs
• Stay informed about sustainability industry trends, new technologies, start-ups, competitors etc. in the different markets / businesses
• Provide Thought Leadership and securing Ramboll for keynote speaking opportunities at sustainability conferences, seminars, client meetings and other places or events of relevance
• Stay on top of knowledge and experience with sustainability due to working with clients in tenders and project
• Have a commercial mindset and work with our Key Account Managers ensuring they have a solid foundation related to sustainability and business propositions
• Engage with key clients, ensuring their awareness of how Ramboll can support them in achieving their sustainability goals
• Responsible for development of inspiring marketing material, support business development and partnerships that promote Ramboll\'s sustainability offerings
• Support and anchor sustainability related initiatives under CSR and SIP activities

In this role, you will be spending a minimum of 50% of your time on billable client projects, with a focus on embedding sustainability in our projects and thereby contributing to development of our sustainability services.
