We're looking for someone who can become the voice of deMITasse Energies -- someone who can

tell our story to the world with clarity, conviction, and creativity

. Who has a knack for scientific communication minus the unnecessary hype. This is

NOT a "social media manager" gig

. It's a leadership role -- you'll define how we communicate who we are, what we're building, and why it matters. You will:

Craft how we communicate what we stand for, and why our work matters. Shape our brand narrative across customers, investors, partners and talent. Build and lead your own comms/marketing team. Bring your own ideas and experiments to life with full creative freedom.
If making 'boring' electrical grids exciting to common people is your thing and you are looking forward to becoming an inspirational leader to highly skillful people -- this might just be your place.

A background in marketing helps, but what we really value is

demonstrable storytelling ability, and strategic communication instinct

. 2-3 years of relevant experience is ideal, but we're open to brilliance from any direction.

Location: Delhi (Hybrid/Offline)
