Qualifications




4+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development within the

medical device

or

healthcare industry

. Proven experience in negotiating, structuring, and managing complex partnerships in the med-tech or healthcare space. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus). Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to interact with executives, medical professionals, and industry leaders. In-depth understanding of the medical device market, healthcare ecosystem, regulatory landscape, and industry trends. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, R&D to drive collaboration initiatives.

Job role




Identify and target new strategic partnerships with key players in the medical device, healthcare sectors. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with the team to define strategic collaboration goals and business objectives. Develop and execute strategies that align with company growth, expanding market reach, and driving sales. Lead complex negotiations with potential partners, structuring mutually beneficial agreements. Create joint business plans, ensuring alignment on shared goals, resources, and timelines. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities. Stay updated on industry developments, medical technology advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the medical device market. Oversee the execution of strategic partnerships, ensuring all milestones are met and projects are delivered on time. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and sales, to ensure seamless collaboration and integration. Track and report on the success of partnerships and collaboration projects. * Provide regular reports to senior management on partnership progress, challenges, and business impact.
