We are seeking a dynamic

Head of Strategic Brand Alliances

to lead the creation and execution of innovative brand collaborations. This role will drive strategic partnerships that elevate our platforms, deliver measurable business impact, and strengthen our position as a market leader. You will combine strategic thinking with creative execution, shaping alliances that drive growth, engagement, and long-term brand value.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing partnerships team, cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Commercial Ownership:

Lead the financial performance of the partnerships function, managing revenue goals, budgets, and commercial outcomes.

Partnership Development:

Identify, initiate, and secure collaborations with leading brands, ensuring alliances generate significant business and brand impact.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Conceptualize and deliver high-impact partnership campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and measurable results.

Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key brand stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

Market & Competitive Insight:

Monitor industry trends, competitor initiatives, and emerging best practices to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and content teams to maximize the impact of each partnership.

Performance & Analytics:

Measure and analyze partnership performance, campaign ROI, and key KPIs to drive optimization and continuous growth.

Skills & Expertise:


Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities with top-tier brands
P&L management and driving revenue growth
Expertise in digital, content, and brand marketing
Strategic brand planning and execution
Leading and managing cross-functional, multinational teams
Program and project management experience
Data-driven decision-making and performance analysis
