The Head of Stores oversees end-to-end stores and inventory operations in a heavy engineering manufacturing setup, ensuring uninterrupted material availability, effective inventory control, and statutory compliance, with a minimum of 15 years of relevant industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day store operations Manage receipt, storage, and issue of materials Maintain accurate stock records and documentation Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams Implement inventory control and stock audit processes Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 15 years of experience in store operations in a heavy engineering / manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of store documentation and ERP systems Good communication and team management skills Detail-oriented and organized
