We are looking for a Head of Software Engineering who will architect, lead, and scale the technology backbone of JL Intellicore.
This is a founding leadership opportunity where you will shape product strategy, engineering culture, and the technology roadmap. Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the software architecture and technology stack for our AI-driven SaaS platform.
Build and manage a high-performing engineering team aligned with business goals.
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle - from concept, design, and development to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with product, business, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions.
Establish best practices in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and agile delivery.
Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization.
Mentor and develop engineering talent to foster innovation and technical excellence.
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to strengthen product capabilities. Looking For:
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong product development background (preferably in SaaS / AI-driven platforms).
Hands-on expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, and modern web technologies.
Proven experience in leading engineering teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
Exposure to AI/ML, data engineering, and agentic AI solutions is a strong advantage.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance innovation and delivery.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
