Responsibilities

Develop and implement the strategic vision for the school in alignment with its mission. Lead and inspire faculty and staff to deliver outstanding educational experiences. Oversee curriculum development, assessment, and student welfare programs. Foster strong relationships with parents, community partners, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local regulations and accreditation standards. Promote a positive school culture that emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Manage administrative functions including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Head of School or in a senior leadership role within an international or private school. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop strategic plans and lead organizational change. A relevant advanced degree in education or administration. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and innovative learning environment. Experience working with diverse student populations is preferred.
