Job Summary:

The Head of Security is a senior leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive security program for all Jesus Calls ' properties, personnel, digital assets, and high-profile movements of the Founders/Leadership. This role requires a blend of physical security expertise, executive protection, cyber security awareness, and strong liaison capabilities with external agencies.

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities:

I. Physical Security & Property Protection

Property Management:

Oversee the security,

access control, and protection

of all Jesus Calls properties nationwide, including Prayer Towers (PTs), administrative offices, and owned land.

Maintenance & Enhancement:

Ensure all security systems (CCTV, alarms, fire systems) are functional and well-maintained.

Anti-Encroachment:

Lead

anti-encroachment drives

and clean-up initiatives to maintain the security and integrity of property surroundings.

Asset Protection:

Ensure the

protection of organizational property

and valuable inventory, including bookstalls at PTs and Prayer Festivals (PFs).
II. Executive Protection & Travel Management

Founders' Security:

Manage and execute the

complete security logistics

for the Founders during all national travel, events, and stays.

Travel Liaison:

Coordinate and

liaise with statutory security and management agencies

for all travel facilitation, including security clearances, private flights, and safe road travel routes.

Vehicle Fitness:

Oversee the

security and fitness checks

for all Jesus Calls ministry vehicles.
III. Staff, Visitor & Operational Security

Workplace Safety:

Ensure the

security and safety of staff

within the working environment, mitigating risks related to: Interaction with outside sources. Internal workplace dynamics and conflicts. Daily office and service processes involving the handling of

money, donations

, and confidential data.

Campus Visitor Safety:

Develop and implement protocols to ensure the safety and security of all

visitors

across every campus and Prayer Tower.
IV. Digital & Background Security

Cyber Security & Brand Protection: Proactively monitor and address threats to the Ministry's digital presence, including: Tracking and countering social media slandering and misinformation. Addressing JC content fraud, copyright violations, and fake websites/videos/FB accounts. Background Screening: Establish and manage a program for background screening of all new staff and Ambassadors before appointment, and conduct periodic security reviews thereafter.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Military, Police/Law Enforcement, Corporate Security, or Executive Protection, with significant time spent in a senior leadership role. Proven ability to manage physical security systems, executive protection, and large-scale event security (like Prayer Festivals). Strong Cyber Security awareness and experience in digital brand/content protection. Exceptional liaison and relationship-building skills with government security, police, and travel agencies. Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, contingency planning, and crisis management. High level of integrity, discretion, and a commitment to the values of a Christian ministry. Willingness to travel extensively nationwide on short notice.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
