Vision & Strategy:
Define, develop, and execute the comprehensive sales strategy, including setting market positioning, sales forecasts, and annual revenue targets.
Goal Attainment:
Take ultimate accountability for meeting or exceeding all individual and team sales quotas.
Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of real estate market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and customer demand to inform strategic decisions.
Team Management & Development
Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead, coach, and motivate the entire sales team (agents, managers, and support staff) to foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and ethical practice.
Recruitment & Training:
Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and continuous professional development of sales personnel.
Performance Management:
Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conduct regular performance reviews, and implement corrective actions to optimize team productivity.
Sales Operations & Process Excellence
Process Optimization:
Standardize and streamline the entire sales process, from lead generation and client consultation to contract negotiation and closing.
CRM Management:
Ensure the effective utilization and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, and Legal departments to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure compliance.
High-Value Client Engagement

Key Account Management:
Directly manage relationships with high-value clients, large property developers, and institutional investors to secure large-scale mandates and exclusive listings.
Negotiation:
Personally oversee and participate in complex, high-stakes negotiations to ensure favorable terms and successful deal closure.
Brand Ambassador:
Represent the company at high-profile industry events, building and maintaining a strong professional network.
Qualifications :
Experience:
Minimum of
8 years
of progressive sales experience in the real estate sector (Brokerage, Realtor, or Developer sales).
Track Record:
Proven, quantifiable success in a senior sales management or head role, with a history of driving multi-million-dollar sales and leading large teams.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of local real estate laws, contracts, market dynamics, and a strong professional network.
