We're looking for a

dynamic and result-driven Head of Sales

to lead our revenue growth and business expansion across regions -- with Hyderabad as the base location.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies to drive topline growth and brand visibility. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion markets. Build and manage key relationships with distributors, event partners, and corporate clients. Oversee sales performance metrics and forecast revenue goals. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to plan activations, promotions, and events. Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.

Desired Skills & Experience



8-12 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or brewery sector. Strong understanding of on-trade and off-trade sales dynamics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Entrepreneurial approach with a passion for craft beer and brand building.
