We are a budding culinary brand with a flagship product, Masala Paste, which has received outstanding feedback from our initial customers for its exceptional taste, consistency, and ease of preparation. We are now looking to scale our operations and bring this product to a wider market.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Director with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development. This individual will take full ownership of the marketing and sales strategy for Masala Paste, driving growth across multiple channels, including retail sales, online sales, and social media marketing. You will also play a critical role in expanding global market distribution, ensuring the product reaches new international markets. As a shareholder, you will have significant influence and ownership, making you a pivotal part of our success story.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies

: Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive revenue growth.

Retail Sales

: Establish and manage relationships with retail partners to ensure product availability and visibility in key markets.

Online Sales

: Oversee and optimize the online sales process through various e-commerce platforms and the company's own website.

Global Market Distribution

: Lead efforts to expand into global markets, identifying and securing partnerships with international distributors and retailers.

Marketing Campaigns

: Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to build brand awareness and attract customers.

Social Media Marketing

: Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with our audience, grow our following, and drive traffic to sales channels.

Market Research

: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and trends to inform marketing strategies.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the product development team to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product improvements.

Innovation

: Bring new ideas to the table for marketing, product enhancements, and customer engagement to ensure our product stands out in the market.

Qualifications:

5+ years proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the food and beverage industry.

MBA in Food Technology and Food Enterprise Management or equivalent qualification in business.

Strong understanding of retail sales, online sales, and digital marketing strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a brand.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with market research and analysis.

Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.

Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,968.78 - ₹50,550.55 per month

Work Location: In person
