Job Description

Lead the entire sales function for all current and future projects (shops, offices, residential, mixed-use) with full ownership of targets, team, and processes. The person is expected to run sales independently with minimal involvement from the founder.

Key responsibilities



Own sales strategy, targets, pricing inputs, and absorption plans for each project. Build and lead the sales team and broker/channel partner network across Pune. Set up and manage lead/CRM systems, follow-ups, and daily/weekly sales reporting. Coordinate with marketing, legal, accounts, and project teams to ensure smooth bookings, agreements, and handovers. Conduct and oversee site visits, open houses, and broker/investor meets to drive bookings. Create and maintain sales SOPs, scripts, pitch decks, and training material.

Ownership & autonomy



Single point of accountability for sales performance across all projects. Authority to design team structure, hiring plans, and incentive schemes (within agreed budgets). Independent decision-making on negotiations within defined discount bands and channel mix.

Experience & profile



7-12 years in real estate sales, with strong experience in Pune or similar markets. 3-5+ years leading teams and managing channel partners for a developer or large brokerage. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets in residential and/or commercial sales. Strong broker network and comfort with digital/portal/WhatsApp-driven leads.

Skills



Leadership and team-building, strong negotiation and closing skills. Deep understanding of local micro-markets, pricing, and buyer behavior. High ownership mindset, data-driven working style, and process discipline.

Education & reporting



Graduate; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory. Reports directly to the Managing Director.
You will be the key person responsible for building and leading the entire sales function of a growing real estate development company in Pune. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
