Role Overview
We are seeking a
Head of Sales & Partnerships
to lead revenue growth, manage enterprise client relationships, and build a high-performance sales function. The role requires a mix of
strategic hunting, account management, and sales leadership
. The individual will work closely with the founders and product teams to align sales strategy with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
Develop and execute sales strategy for enterprise, mid-market, and fintech clients.
Build, manage, and scale the sales team with performance-driven culture.
Partnerships & Growth
Identify, structure, and close strategic partnerships with banks, aggregators, and fintech players.
Expand Paywize's presence in new market segments.
Revenue & Pipeline Management
Own and deliver sales targets, revenue growth, and client acquisition.
Create and manage robust sales pipeline with strong forecasting.
Client Success & Retention
Work with support and operations teams to ensure high client satisfaction.
Develop account expansion and upselling opportunities.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on competitor moves, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine GTM strategy.
What We're Looking For
5-8 years of experience in
enterprise sales/business development
(preferably fintech, SaaS, banking, or payments).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
Strong network across fintech, BFSI, and enterprise clients.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in leading and scaling sales teams.
