Head of Sales to lead our Dubai real estate sales operations & team from Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless coordination with developers, clients, and partners in the Dubai property market.
This role requires experience & deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven record of achieving sales and closing targets in high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
Lead and manage the entire sales function for the Dubai market, including closing and pre-sales teams based in Mumbai.
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
Set team targets, monitor performance, and drive consistent achievement across all sales units.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to guide the sales approach and identify new opportunities.
2. Business Development & Client Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and Dubai-based developers.
Lead high-value negotiations and ensure successful closure of premium property transactions.
Represent the company in key meetings, exhibitions, and developer interactions for business expansion.
Establish partnerships with real estate agencies and channel partners to expand market reach.
3. Operational & Performance Management
Supervise the complete sales process -- from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding.
Coordinate closely with marketing, tele calling, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure adherence to all legal, financial, and documentation standards as per Dubai market regulations.
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales reports to senior management.
4. Team Development
Recruit, mentor, and train the sales team to build a high-performing and motivated workforce.
Foster a performance-driven, transparent, and goal-oriented culture.
Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and skill enhancement programs for the team.
Requirements
10-12 years of experience in real estate sales, including leadership or managerial roles.
Proven experience in the
Dubai property market
is mandatory.
Currently based in Mumbai with readiness to travel if required.
Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and achieve aggressive sales targets.
Strong client management, negotiation, and closing skills.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.) and RERA guidelines.
Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, presentation, and reporting abilities.
Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-oriented professional.
