domestic and international markets
. The incumbent will lead
strategic sales initiatives
, manage key customer relationships, and ensure revenue and margin targets are achieved through a mix of
business development, client management, and cross-functional collaboration
with delivery, legal, and risk teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall
sales strategy and business acquisition
for the Metal & Mining BU across global markets. Identify and develop
new business opportunities
while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships. Manage
end-to-end sales lifecycle
including lead generation, RFQ/RFP response, proposal preparation, pricing, and contract closure. Align sales objectives with
BU profitability targets
, ensuring commercial and technical viability. Conduct
market research, competitor analysis, and pricing assessments
to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Partner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, client satisfaction, and project compliance. Handle
key and strategic accounts
, drive client feedback loops, and ensure issue resolution. Expand BU//'s footprint by
entering new markets
and diversifying customer and project portfolios. Oversee
team performance, training, and succession planning
to strengthen sales capability. Ensure adherence to
legal, contractual, and risk management frameworks
during project finalization.
Customer & Market Focus:
Strengthen long-term client partnerships through regular engagement and feedback. Improve customer satisfaction and brand perception by addressing service gaps and ensuring timely deliverables. Act as a
brand advocate
, enhancing renewals, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
