Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead the media sales function for the innovative Out-Of-Home (OOH) advertising platforms and BTL activation services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of rural and semi-urban market dynamics and possess a successful track record of driving large-scale sales in sectors like BFSI, FMCG, and Consumer Durables. This is a leadership role focused on business development, team building, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth. Job Responsibilities: Spearhead sales strategy and execution for OOH audio networks and BTL activation services. Identify, target, and onboard new clients--particularly in BFSI, FMCG, and Consumer Durables. Develop and implement a national sales strategy focused on rural and semi-urban markets. Establish and manage strong relationships with both direct clients and media agencies. Oversee the entire sales cycle from client acquisition to campaign execution and renewal. Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver customized and high-impact campaigns. Track market trends and client feedback to refine offerings and improve market positioning. Generate periodic revenue reports and sales forecasts for the senior management. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets. Job Requirements: 7-10 years in media sales, rural marketing, or BTL activations, with proven experience in BFSI, FMCG, or Consumer Durables sectors. Graduate in any discipline. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Strong sales acumen and result-oriented approach. Key account management and corporate sales experience. Leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and CRM systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with social media and digital engagement strategies is a plus.
