Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and education-passionate professional to lead and grow our sales and marketing operations across
India and the UAE/GCC region
. The role requires strong ownership mindset, target achievement capability, and proven experience in education sales, digital marketing, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end
sales and marketing strategy
for education services (CBSE, IGCSE, online School)
Drive
student admissions, partnerships, and revenue growth
across India and GCC
Plan and execute
digital marketing campaigns
, including social media lead generation
Manage and scale
social media platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google)
Achieve monthly and annual
sales targets
with accountability
Build relationships with parents, schools, institutions, and partners
Monitor performance metrics, leads, conversions, and ROI
Represent the organisation as
owner-level head
with strategic decision-making authority
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in
Hindi
(mandatory); English required
Experience in
India and UAE/GCC education market
Strong background in
sales, marketing, and admissions
Hands-on
social media marketing experience
(paid & organic)
Target-oriented with proven achievement record
Passion for
education and student success
Leadership mindset with ownership responsibility
Preferred Profile:
Experience in schools, tuition centres, or ed-tech organisations
Knowledge of CBSE, IGCSE, British or International curricula
Ability to work independently and build systems from scratch
Compensation:
Competitive salary + performance-based incentives (details discussed during meeting )

Pay: ₹10,603.73 - ₹25,400.60 per month
