Nexilis is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial
Head of Sales & Marketing
to lead our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, drive revenue growth, and build a world-class sales and marketing team.
You'll own the
entire demand engine
-- from outbound prospecting to strategic partnerships and marketing -- positioning Nexilis as a
leading provider of Vision AI and Edge AI solutions
.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership
Define and execute GTM strategy across domestic markets
Build and manage the sales team (SDR, Pre-Sales, Customer Success).
Own pipeline creation, qualification, and closure metrics.
Manage enterprise accounts, OEM partners, and SIs.
2. Marketing Ownership
Oversee inbound marketing, brand positioning, and content strategy.
Lead digital marketing, website management, social media, and PR campaigns.
Align marketing calendar with sales pipeline goals.
Build strong thought leadership for Nexilis in AI and vision systems.
3. Partnerships & Alliances
Forge relationships with SoC vendors, OEMs, and channel partners.
Develop reseller and co-development partnership models.
Represent Nexilis at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
4. Leadership & Team Building
Hire and manage SDRs, marketing generalists, and partner managers.
Set targets, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Operations for customer delivery success.
MBA or equivalent with specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
10-15 years in
B2B tech / AI / IoT / electronics
business development.
Proven record in closing enterprise or international tech deals.
Strong storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience managing hybrid teams and global accounts.
Compensation
?12-15 LPA base salary.
Performance incentives tied to revenue targets.
Option for ESOPs or strategic growth-linked bonus.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Founder/CEO.
Leads SDRs, Lead Researcher, Marketing Generalist, Channel Manager, and Pre-Sales Engineer.
