We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Head of Sales & Marketing
with strong expertise in the
K-12 school sector
. This is a
Working Partner / Ownership-based leadership role
for individuals who have deep knowledge of school admissions, education marketing, and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire
Sales & Marketing operations
of the school.
Develop and implement
strategic marketing plans
to increase student admissions and brand visibility.
Build and manage partnerships with parents, communities, academies, and education networks.
Oversee digital marketing, social media campaigns, and admission funnels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive school growth.
Train and supervise counsellors and admission teams.
Represent the school at events, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align goals with school vision.
Take ownership responsibility to support school expansion and long-term development.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of
K-12 school systems
, admissions, and education operations.
Proven experience in
sales, marketing, and business development
in the education sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work as a
strategic partner
, contributing to business decisions.
Experience with CRM tools, lead management systems, and digital marketing campaigns.
Preferred
Prior experience in leadership roles in schools, online education, or ed-tech companies.
Willingness to work in a
partner-level role
with growth and ownership opportunities.
