? MBA in Marketing / Business Development or equivalent.
? 8+ years of experience in marketing in FRP, SMC, or Composite related products.
? Excellent understanding of B2B marketing, government procurement systems, and
project-based selling.
? Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
? Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
? Experience with FRP, SMC, or construction-related products is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
? Strategic Planning & Execution
o Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote FRP
Pultrusion and SMC product lines.
o Identify market opportunities in government tenders, EPC contractors, builders,
architects, and distributors.
? Branding & Communication
o Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, brochures, datasheets, case
studies, videos, and product presentations.
o Strengthen brand visibility through trade shows, exhibitions, digital marketing,
and PR initiatives.
? Market Research & Insights
o Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to provide
actionable insights to sales and leadership teams.
o Monitor pricing trends, and suggest product positioning accordingly.
? Channel & Tender Marketing
o Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and PSU/CPWD/PWD
tendering authorities for product approvals.
o Support tender participation by coordinating documentation and marketing
inputs.
? Digital & Social Media Marketing
o Lead B2B digital marketing efforts via LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and
company website.
o Supervise content strategy, campaign execution, and lead generation programs.
? Team Leadership & Coordination
o Mentor and guide junior marketing executives and interns. o Work closely with Sales, Design, and Production teams to align marketing goals
with business objectives
