Key Responsibilities
? Define and enhance the company's value proposition and competitive positioning in
the fintech US market
? Plan and execute digital marketing and demand-generation campaigns (LinkedIn,
SEO, events, etc.)
? Manage the content strategy including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and product
collateral
? Own GTM strategies for new product/features with competitive research and
segmentation
? Build, manage, and convert a predictable sales pipeline aligned with revenue goals
? Conduct consultative selling by understanding customer pain points and business
objectives
? Deliver product presentations and demos in collaboration with technical and product
teams
? Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and deal closure with enterprise clients
? Maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention, upsell, and expansion
revenue
? Track campaign performance, sales forecasting, win/loss analysis, and ROI metrics
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and
customer success
? Provide market intelligence and regulatory insights to influence product roadmap
decisions
Required Skills & Experience
? 10+ years of combined sales and marketing experience in fintech, B2B tech, or
financial services
? Strong understanding of APIs, digital payments, risk and compliance workflows, and
automation solutions
? Proven ability to drive both lead generation and enterprise sales closure
? Experience with CRM & marketing automation tools (HubSpot)
? Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
? Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking
? Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders C-Suite, finance, risk, and product
teams
? Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving business environments
Nice-to-Have
? Experience in SaaS subscription models and revenue forecasting
? Prior exposure to US banking/NBFC partnerships or payments ecosystem
