Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Head Of Sales Marketing to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position for professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving our sales and marketing strategy, focusing on generating leads and expanding our client base in the recruitment sector.

  • Qualifications and SkillsProven track record with 4 to 6 years of work experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of client expectations in relation to manpower recruitment and consultancy services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with clients across various cultures and regions.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase company visibility and client acquisition.
  • Proficient in market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
  • Exceptional team leadership and management skills, demonstrated by the ability to lead and inspire a dynamic sales team.
  • Must have previous experience with air compressor technology (Mandatory skill).
  • Analytical abilities to evaluate metrics and create reports that drive informed business decisions.
  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company growth and objectives.
  • Identify potential markets and clients, ensuring a strong pipeline of new opportunities in the recruitment sector.
