Aixperia is a design-to-production platform enabling interior designers, modular furniture manufacturers, and fit-out specialists to seamlessly move from design to manufacturing. The platform integrates design tools, production-ready outputs, and emerging technologies such as AR-based room scanning and project management tools for the interior ecosystem.

Role Overview



The Head of Sales will be responsible for building and scaling Aixperia's revenue engine across software subscriptions, enterprise accounts, and channel partnerships. This role will define the sales strategy, build a high-performance sales organization, establish channel partnerships (e.g., furniture manufacturers, showrooms, and designers), and drive predictable revenue growth.

This is a leadership role requiring strong strategic thinking, B2B SaaS sales experience, and the ability to sell into the interior design, architecture, and manufacturing ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities



1) Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth


Define and execute the global sales strategy for Aixperia's software platform and services.
Set revenue targets, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts.
Drive recurring revenue through SaaS subscriptions and enterprise contracts.

2) Sales Team Leadership


Build, lead, and mentor the sales organization (enterprise sales, channel sales, inside sales).
Hire and develop Regional Sales Managers, Account Executives, and SDRs.
Establish sales KPIs, pipelines, and performance dashboards.

3) Channel & Partnership Development


Develop strategic partnerships with modular furniture manufacturers, showrooms, builders, and design studios.
Build a franchise/channel partner model to scale adoption through physical touchpoints.
Create incentive programs and enablement frameworks for partners.

4) Enterprise & Key Account Sales


Close large enterprise accounts including manufacturers, large design firms, and developers.
Manage key accounts and long-term contracts.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and enterprise deployments.

5) Go-to-Market & Product Feedback


Collaborate with Product and Marketing to define positioning, packaging, and GTM plans.
Provide market and customer feedback to influence product roadmap (e.g., AR scanning, project management tools).
Lead sales enablement and content creation for the sales team.

6) Sales Operations & Process


Implement CRM systems, sales processes, and pipeline management frameworks.
Ensure data-driven decision making and forecasting accuracy.
Optimize sales cycles, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).

Required Qualifications



10-15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales. Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving aggressive revenue growth. Experience selling to design, architecture, construction, manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred. Strong understanding of subscription models, enterprise licensing, and channel sales. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience



Experience in interior design, modular furniture, construction tech, or proptech. Prior experience in startup or high-growth tech environments. Experience building channel/franchise-based sales models. Familiarity with design software, CAD/CAM, or manufacturing workflows.
