Key responsibilities
Own end-to-end sales for Print (newspaper & magazines), Events (award sponsorships, booths, partnerships) and Digital (display, native, sponsored content, newsletter sponsorships).
Develop commercial packages and rate cards for bundled offerings (print + digital + event activations) targeting UK-based advertisers and agencies.
Prospect, pitch, negotiate and close new business -- manage the entire sales cycle personally.
Manage client relationships and ensure post-sale delivery, reporting and campaign success to drive renewals/upsells.
Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline (CRM-based), prepare weekly and monthly forecasts and pipeline reports aligned to UK business calendars.
Coordinate with Editorial, Events, Production and Social teams for commercial deliverables and client activations.
Prepare sponsorship decks, commercial proposals, NDAs and contractual documents; work with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
Represent AMG at client meetings, industry events and sponsor roundtables in the UK (virtual/occasional travel).
Required experience & skills
8-12+ years in media / publishing / events / corporate sponsorship sales with demonstrable success in revenue generation.
Proven track record selling to UK-based clients, UK media agencies, or global brands targeting the UK/European diaspora.
Experience selling both advertising inventory and event sponsorship packages (B2B & B2C experience preferred).
Excellent commercial acumen -- comfortable building price models, margin analysis, and negotiating complex deals.
Strong network of contacts in agencies, advertisers or event sponsorship buyers (preferred).
Hands-on CRM and advanced Excel skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working UK shift and engaging with UK stakeholders in real time.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
