About the Role



We are seeking a dynamic and highly driven

Sales Head

to lead the sales function for our EdTech business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing and scaling sales teams, particularly in selling products or solutions tailored for both

schools (K-12)

and

enterprises / corporate learning environments

. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep understanding of B2B sales, relationship management, and EdTech industry trends

Key Responsibilities



Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Develop and implement sales strategies for K-12 institutions, training partners, and corporate clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, academic decision-makers, learning & development heads, HR leaders, and corporate stakeholders. Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion into untapped regions and sectors. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies and customer experience. Monitor sales performance metrics and present periodic sales reports to management. Support sales team members with negotiation, solution mapping, and closure of key deals. Participate in educational and corporate events, exhibitions, and webinars to promote the brand and solutions. Provide feedback to the product team based on market insights and customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or relevant field (MBA preferred).

8-12 years of sales experience

, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or education services.

Proven track record of leading a sales team

and achieving revenue targets. Strong understanding of both

institutional (schools) and enterprise sales cycles

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data and drive decisions. Willingness to travel as required.
