We are looking for a dynamic Sales Head (B2B) with strong expertise in Cable Sales (HT/LT/Power Cables) to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand market presence across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead B2B sales operations for HT/LT power cables across industrial and infrastructure sectors.
Develop and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) and growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Manage key accounts, channel partners, and distributors to strengthen market penetration.
Identify new business opportunities and drive market development initiatives.
Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and demand management.
Lead and mentor regional sales teams for target achievement.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance brand positioning and customer satisfaction.
