Role:
Lead overall sales operations with a focus on land sales, target achievement, team leadership, and channel partner management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive land sales and achieve sales targets
Lead, train, and manage sales team
Build client, broker & channel partner relationship.
Develop sales strategies and analyze market trends
Monitor sales performance and reporting
Ensure legal compliance and documentation
Requirements:
5-7 years of real estate (land sales preferred)
Strong leadership & negotiation skills
CRM and reporting experience
Graduate/MBA preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
