About the Role
We're building the world's most comprehensive AI-Driven Revenue & Customer Operations Suite -- integrating
AI for Sales (AI SDR), AI for Marketing (GEO Visibility), and AI for Customer Service (AI CSR).
As Head of Sales - Enterprise, you'll own global revenue growth across the U.S., UAE, and Europe -- driving six-figure enterprise deals through remote engagement, strategic partnerships, and measurable ROI outcomes.
What You'll Do
Lead and scale a high-performance inside-sales + enterprise-AE team (8-10 members).
Design and execute the enterprise GTM for Real Estate, FSI, and Healthcare verticals.
Drive consultative selling via Zoom demos, ROI audits, and C-suite presentations.
Collaborate with Marketing & Product to convert GEO and ABM leads into high-value contracts.
Forecast pipeline, track win rates, and ensure predictable quarterly revenue delivery.
Maintain strong global relationships -- U.S. boardrooms to UAE partners.
Coach the team on solution-selling, negotiation, and objection handling.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
$5 - $10 million in closed enterprise contracts.
Consistent 25 - 30% quarter-over-quarter pipeline growth.
10+ referenceable case studies in target industries.
Established repeatable remote-sales playbook for scaling across geographies.
What You'll Bring
10 - 15 years in Enterprise SaaS / AI / Automation sales, preferably with international exposure.
Proven ability to close multi-six-figure deals remotely.
Strong storytelling and consultative skills for U.S. and UAE executive audiences.
Hands-on experience with CRMs, ABM tools, and virtual sales automation.
Leadership mindset -- able to recruit, mentor, and scale a sales organization.
MBA or post-graduate degree preferred (but not mandatory).
