You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and expanding our client base in both B2B and B2C segments. You will play a key role in aligning our sales operations with the company's goals and ensuring revenue targets are met consistently.
The role demands a strong understanding of the IT and SaaS ecosystem, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive lead generation campaigns and oversee the full sales cycle--from lead capture and nurturing to closure. Previous experience in managing teams, handling enterprise clients, and using CRM systems effectively is essential.
