This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across India, the Middle East, and APAC regions.
Role Overview:
The Head of Sales will drive business growth in the BFSI sector, establishing strong CXO relationships, creating sales strategies, and ensuring revenue targets are met. The role demands a deep understanding of BFSI technology solutions, market trends, and enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Strategy:
Develop and execute a BFSI-focused go-to-market strategy.
Drive 2x year-on-year revenue growth over the next five years.
Define sales roadmaps, focusing on digital transformation, cloud, core banking, insurance tech, cybersecurity, and compliance solutions.
Own P&L responsibility, ensuring sales targets and profitability.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships across BFSI enterprises.

BFSI Client & CXO Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture CXO-level relationships in banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and financial institutions.
Lead consultative sales discussions, demonstrating deep BFSI industry knowledge.
Drive repeat and annuity business, ensuring 40-50% of revenue from existing clients.
Work closely with CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Digital Transformation.

Leadership & Team Management:
Build and lead a high-performing BFSI-focused sales team.
Establish KPIs, sales targets, and incentive structures.
Conduct regular sales reviews, ensuring data-backed decision-making.
Act as a mentor and coach, driving high performance.

Partnerships & Market Positioning:
Develop strategic alliances with BFSI technology vendors, FinTechs, and global system integrators (SIs).
Strengthen the companys market presence through branding, PR, and BFSI-focused thought leadership.
Ensure 50% of business leads are inbound, reducing reliance on outbound sales.
Desired Skills & Experience:
16-20 years of experience in BFSI technology sales, consulting, and business development.
Strong CXO-level engagement skills with deep networks in the BFSI sector.
