Bragnam Learning Private Limited, a leading preschool franchising company, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving franchise sales growth, setting sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring achievement of business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to manage and inspire a sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve franchise acquisition goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for expanding the preschool franchise network.
Set individual and team performance targets, monitor progress, and ensure timely achievement.
Provide training, guidance, and motivation to enhance team performance and productivity.
Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and present results to senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that support lead generation and conversions.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience as Head of Sales, Sales Manager, or similar senior sales leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute long-term sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and team performance tracking.
Experience in the education or franchising industry preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
