. We operate strategic retail/wholesale points in prime Kolkata market areas and maintain a dedicated sales team focused on serving the ice cream industry across Bengal and neighbouring states. Beyond our manufactured goods, we also distribute over 100 other vital products for both the baking and ice cream industries.
As we embark on this exciting phase of growth, we are seeking a highly experienced and data-driven sales leader to join our team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and driving sales excellence.
Key aspects of this role will include:
Strategic Client Portfolio Management:
Leveraging your proven experience in managing large B2B client portfolios, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing our extensive network of over 1000 potential clients within the B2B landscape.
Data-Driven Sales Strategy and Execution:
You are highly proficient in working with sales data. This involves deep dives into customer segmentation, developing targeted and effective strategies for each segment, and clearly articulating the "why" behind predicted sales growth. You will also receive guidance from a senior consultant in strategy development and be empowered to drive these strategies effectively with your team.
Sales Team Development & Leadership:
You will be responsible for
developing and managing a high-performing sales team
, including
lead generators
and
sales order collection executives
. A critical part of your role will be to
personally close high-level client leads
generated by this team.
Collaborative Sales Leadership:
You will work closely and collaboratively with an existing business consultant who has over 8 years of invaluable experience contributing to our sales strategies, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact.
