Proven experience in leading and managing large sales and marketing teams.
Strong understanding of process equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, and Reactors.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to think strategically and drive business growth.

Deep knowledge of target industries such as chemicals, oil & gas, and manufacturing.
Established network within the industry and experience dealing with large corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and market expansion.
Align sales and marketing activities with company goals, targeting industries that require process equipment.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the process equipment sector.
Sales Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear performance targets and ensuring effective territory management.
Oversee key account management, ensuring strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Drive new client acquisition, sales pipeline development, and closing of deals, particularly for high-value equipment like reactors and heat exchangers.
Marketing Leadership:
Lead the marketing team in developing and executing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Oversee digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media) and traditional marketing methods (trade shows, industry publications) to promote the company's products and services.
Ensure content creation, including technical datasheets, brochures, and case studies, aligns with the company's expertise and customer needs.
Revenue Growth & Profitability:
Set and achieve revenue targets, ensuring profitability through effective pricing strategies and cost management.
Implement sales forecasting and budgeting to ensure that financial objectives are met.
Develop strategies for market penetration and new product introduction to maximize sales and margins.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, and pharmaceuticals.
Focus on after-sales service and customer satisfaction to ensure repeat business and long-term relationships.
Product Knowledge & Market Expertise:
Stay updated on industry standards, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting process equipment manufacturing.
Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure that product offerings meet market demands and technical specifications.
Provide feedback to product development teams to drive innovation and improvements based on customer feedback.
Team Leadership & Development:
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set development goals, and provide training to enhance team capabilities.
Foster a results-driven culture focused on customer-centricity and continuous improvement.
Reporting & Analytics:
Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to senior leadership.
Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement and refine strategies.
