The Head of Sales & Marketing will lead the company's sales, branding, and promotional strategies within the FMCG sector. The role requires a seasoned professional with strong managerial experience, proven ability to drive sales growth, lead marketing initiatives, and execute large-scale promotional and customer-engagement activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market-share targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
Oversee distribution strategies and channel management to strengthen market presence.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support planning.
Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and product reach.
Drive promotional activities, including trade promotions, retail activations, and consumer offers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns.
Customer Engagement
Lead customer engagement initiatives such as lucky draws, coupons, loyalty programs, and in-store activations.
Develop customer retention strategies that enhance brand loyalty and repeat purchases.
Collaborate with sales partners, distributors, and retailers for joint promotional activities.
Managerial & Strategic Responsibilities
Oversee budgeting for sales and marketing functions, ensuring optimal ROI.
Prepare periodic reports on performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in the FMCG sector
