This senior-level position is based in Noida, Gurgaon, and Pune, and is a full-time employment opportunity. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of work experience in sales and business development within the real estate sector, demonstrating a strong track record of success in strategic partnerships and luxury sales. A thorough knowledge of the Gurgaon and Noida markets is essential.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in formulating and executing strategic partnerships to enhance business growth and market presence.
  • Proven expertise in luxury sales, particularly within the residential real estate domain. (Mandatory skill)
  • Solid understanding of the residential real estate market, with a particular focus on luxury properties. (Mandatory skill)
  • Exceptional skills in revenue forecasting to provide accurate budget projections and financial planning for sales initiatives.
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills, capable of motivating and managing sales teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience with selling luxury villas, catering to high-net-worth clients and investors.
  • Strong sales acumen, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to market demands.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Should have knowledge of Gurgaon and Noida market.
