Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Sales Executive who has a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to independently handle client meetings, pitches, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should come from a similar industry/organization and have excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
Understand the company's marketing and sales objectives and align sales activities accordingly. Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans. Prepare, present, and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals. Manage sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
2. Client Relationship Management
Lead client meetings independently. Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide tailored solutions and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
3. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal teams for execution and delivery. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders across departments. Handle escalations and ensure smooth coordination.
4. Negotiation & Deal Closure
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms confidently. Ensure successful deal closures with high conversion rates.
5. Performance & Reporting Review market trends and competitor strategies. Track sales performance against targets. Submit sales reports and forecasts regularly.
Requirements
MBA qualification preferred.
8-10 years of experience in sales within a similar industry/organization.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strategic thinker with an analytical approach.
Experience working with mid to high-scale companies is an added advantage.

Confident and professional in client interactions.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
