Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Head of Retail

to spearhead our store expansion, manage multi-city rollouts, and ensure brand excellence. The role demands strong strategic planning, execution skills, and the ability to lead teams in a trust-sensitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Expansion Strategy

- Design & execute growth roadmap across Tier 1, 2 & 3 cities.

Market Feasibility

- Identify profitable locations using data-driven ROI models.

Store Launch Execution

- Oversee site selection, rent negotiation, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Performance Monitoring

- Track KPIs such as sales per sq. ft., conversion rates, and store profitability.

Team Leadership

- Build and manage a team of regional managers and rollout specialists.

Brand & Trust Compliance

- Ensure all outlets reflect the brand's safety, credibility, and service standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

10+ years in

retail expansion and multi-city store rollouts

. Proven experience in

gold/jewellery, luxury retail, or BFSI

sectors. Strong vendor management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Pay: ?900,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
