Responsible for leading the Radiology Department and ensuring high-quality imaging services. Oversees clinical standards, staff performance, workflow efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the Radiology Department. Ensure high clinical and imaging quality standards. Develop and maintain imaging protocols and safety guidelines. Supervise radiologists, radiographers, and support staff. Drive workflow optimisation and timely reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Coordinate equipment use, maintenance, and upgrades. Collaborate with clinical teams for accurate diagnosis and patient care.

Qualifications

Medical degree in Radiology. Strong clinical experience across imaging modalities. Proven leadership or supervisory experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage operations under tight deadlines.
