The candidate must have 15+ years of experience in wire manufacturing (rope wire, bead wire, spring wire, etc.). The role involves ensuring product quality, managing QC teams, handling customer audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.---Key ResponsibilitiesQuality ManagementEnsure strict adherence to quality standards from raw material to finished goods.Develop and implement quality systems and SOPs.Ensure compliance with ASTM, ISO, BIS, SAE, and other standards.Handle customer audits, certifications, and third-party inspections.Conduct RCA and implement CAPA for internal and customer issues.Team LeadershipLead and mentor QC engineers, technicians, and lab staff.Conduct training sessions to develop team skillsets.Promote a culture of quality, discipline, and improvement.Testing & Laboratory ManagementManage and upgrade lab equipment for mechanical, chemical, andlifesolutions1@yahoo.co.in Contact 8146711166,9417085834
