This is a senior role in which you'll have ultimate accountability for our campuses in Bengaluru, Chennai, and Gurguram, housing around 17000 colleagues
Working with Country Head in India and a number of outsourced service partners, you'll define and deliver an overall location strategy, ensuring a fantastic colleague experience
You'll be responsible for the resilience of the properties and ensuring they are compliant to all property regulations while driving down carbon emissions across the property portfolio
We're offering the role at Director level.
What you'll do We'll look to you to design and delivery our location strategy, ensuring an outstanding colleague experience for all building occupants. You'll be responsible for the risk profile for Property Services in India, the property budgets, and the design and delivery of our carbon reduction programme. Working with Supply Chain Services, you'll choose appropriate outsourced providers and ensure the day-to-day service performance and management of third-party risks. You'll also lead executive stakeholder engagement with India ExCo for all Property related activities, and you'll manage internal and external supplier partners, including vendor relationship management. In addition to this, you'll:
Manage property specific and portfolio risks to maintain and mitigate business continuity for our franchises and their customers, and ensure service management is in line with ICB requirements
Lead our Centre of Excellence covering additional strategic, transformation, service management, and people responsibilities
Build strong relationships with your team, key internal and external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers, acting as a single focal point for Property activity across India
Lead the India strategic workplace model and planning, bringing together the business plans, emerging workplace techniques, occupancy strategies, and portfolio flexibility to recommend future workplace strategies
Develop a framework to develop, implement, and manage asset initiatives to contribute to the delivery of financial targets
Lead the provision of advice to the franchise in respect of lease renewals, break options, and utilisation strategies
The skills you'll need We're looking for someone with at least five years' experience of working in a property role at a senior level from an occupier perspective. Previous experience must include defining and delivering location strategies and delivering great colleague experiences for more than 15 years. Along with commercial experience of strategy, planning, and performance management at all levels, you'll have strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders up to a senior level. Furthermore, we're looking for:
Experienced of working alongside senior management
Significant experience in the delivery of projects and change programmes
A proven track record for sustaining performance improvement and increased service delivery, including from outsourced providers
Experience of working effectively with different parts of organisations to deliver common goals and improve the customer experience
