Lead Projects that Transform Communities!

Sugam NGO is looking for an experienced and passionate project leader to take on the role of Head of Projects. This position will play a pivotal role in driving non-academic initiatives, building community engagement, and creating meaningful impact for students and families.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage and monitor all ongoing programs with external partners

? Organize community engagement activities and vocational training for parents

? Oversee student skilling programs (English, Computer & more)

? Facilitate job placements for Grade XII students

? Build and manage donor relationships with timely reports & school visits

? Lead volunteer & internship programs with meaningful engagement

? Strengthen brand presence through website, social media, and campaigns

Requirements:

12-15 years of experience in program management, CSR, or community projects

Master's degree in Management / Education / Social Development (preferred)

Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication & leadership

Prior experience in NGOs / social development sector is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹31,106.83 - ₹50,000.00 per month
