Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise all production departments:

spinning, weaving/knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing, and garmenting (as applicable)

. Plan and execute production schedules based on order priorities, resource availability, and capacity. Ensure on-time delivery of production with the highest quality standards and minimal waste. Implement and monitor lean manufacturing practices, TPM, 5S, and other continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate closely with

planning, sourcing, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams

. Analyze production data (efficiency, utilization, downtime, wastage) and take corrective actions where needed. Ensure all manufacturing operations are

compliant with health, safety, labor, and environmental regulations

. Manage workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance appraisal of production staff. Drive automation and innovation in textile processes and machinery to improve productivity. Develop and control the production budget and ensure cost-effective operations.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in

Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering

, or related field.

10-15 years

of experience in textile production, with at least

5 years in a leadership role

. In-depth knowledge of end-to-end textile manufacturing processes. Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, etc.) and compliance requirements. Proven track record in managing large production teams and achieving KPIs. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and production tracking tools.
