Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

Lead and manage production teams including producers, line producers, production managers, and coordinators. Establish production workflows, policies, and best practices. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource planning across multiple projects. Foster a collaborative, efficient, and solution-oriented production culture.

Production Oversight

Oversee all phases of production from development through delivery. Ensure productions are executed according to creative vision, schedules, and budgets. Identify and mitigate production risks and challenges. Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and quality control.

Budgeting & Scheduling

Develop, manage, and approve production budgets and schedules. Track costs and ensure financial accountability across productions. Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising quality.

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with directors, creative teams, and executives to support creative goals. Balance creative ambition with practical and financial considerations.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Manage relationships with vendors, studios, crew, and external partners. Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor performance. Act as the primary production point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Process & Optimization

Improve production workflows and operational efficiency. Oversee production reporting, documentation, and approvals. Stay informed on industry trends, production technologies, and best practices
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
