WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own platform strategy across Meta Ads, YouTube/Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads (and others as required)
Build and oversee campaign architecture: ? account structure, campaign objectives, ad set strategy, audience buckets, retargeting flows
Define testing frameworks: ? creative testing plans, hypothesis-led experiments, learning agendas
Guide the creative/content teams with performance inputs: what's working, why it's working, and what to build next
Optimise and QA campaigns daily/weekly: ? budget pacing, bid strategies, placements, targeting, frequency, creatives
Ensure strong tracking and measurement: ? pixels, events, UTMs, conversion setup, lead forms, landing page recommendations
Lead weekly/monthly reporting with actionable insights (not vanity metrics)
Manage and mentor performance executives/managers; set review standards and output quality
Support pitches with platform plans, sample funnels, and performance frameworks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
7-10 years in performance marketing / paid media
Strong expertise in Meta + YouTube/Google + LinkedIn campaign strategy & execution Deep comfort with: ? objectives, audience strategy, bid strategies, attribution limitations, creative testing
Strong analytical thinking + ability to translate data into creative direction
Experience leading a team and setting SOPs / QA standards
Confident communicator with client-facing maturity
Obsessive about structure, clarity, and repeatable frameworks

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,530,479.92 per year
